We are committed to your satisfaction. Returning a product can be stressful on customers, so we’re here to help you get it right the first time. Our talented product experts are available to help you select the right product for your needs and application. We encourage you to take advantage of our expertise before making your purchase.
If a return is necessary, your sales associate can help facilitate the return. To start the return process, call or email us at the phone number or email address found on our Contact Us page. Policies and procedures for obtaining a return authorization vary based on the reason for return. See below for more information.
Defective Products: Most of our products include a one-year parts and labor warranty. See your product literature or speak with one of our product experts for details. If your product is defective upon arrival, notify product expert of the problem within 48 hours of receiving goods. If you notice the defect after 48 hours of receiving goods, please contact the product’s manufacturer directly. Contact information for the manufacturer is included in the product literature. NOTE: Most manufacturers require one service call to diagnose the problem.
Damaged Products: All of our shipments are 100% insured. Product(s) damaged during shipping are eligible for exchange at no charge to you. Product(s) will be delivered by one of our delivery teams for all local deliveries; Feel free to call us for our local delivery area. Upon delivery, inspect your product for damage. If the product is damaged, you have the right to refuse the delivery. We will contact you to schedule another delivery. Freight delivery policy varies. The Product Does Not Meet Your Needs: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you will need to contact the store regarding any cancellation or return. Delivered products in use are not returnable. Any returned products must be free of any cosmetic damage. Products that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for return or may incur a restocking fee. Any product that has been installed or attempted to be installed cannot be returned. Shipping and handling charges from our warehouse are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for shipping charges incurred when returning a product.
Special order merchandise is subject to a restocking fee — even if not yet delivered — and will not be eligible for return if delivered and out of the box.
The customer agrees to the terms and conditions published above when they place a completed order with our company. In addition, the customer authorizes their credit card company to abide by these terms. We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time.

Shipping Policy / Delivery Policy
Please be assured that your items will ship out as soon as possible from the date of purchase. If a special order is placed, please anticipate a longer delivery time. You will be notified once the item has been received in our warehouse. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. If you are trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following: Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.

Costs for these services will be determined at the time of purchase or shipment.
Please Note: Out-of-state orders WILL NOT be charged sales tax. In-state orders will be charged appropriate sales tax.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
Arbitration and Choice of Law/Class Action Waiver: This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to any Conflict of Law provisions thereunder. In the event of any controversy, claim, or dispute between the parties arising out of or relating to this Agreement, the parties agree to resolve all issues solely using binding Arbitration through the American Arbitration Association (hereinafter “AAA”). Notwithstanding the foregoing, MVB Appliance LLC be free at its sole option to seek judicial relief, including to collect outstanding fees owed to it.
Any Arbitration shall take place in Marion County, Florida and shall be conducted by a mutually agreed upon Arbitrator. The arbitrator shall be neutral, independent, and shall comply with the AAA code of ethics. The Arbitrator or arbitration panel shall have the exclusive and sole authority to resolve any dispute relating to the interpretation, applicability, enforceability, conscionability, or formation of this Agreement and of this arbitration requirement. The award rendered by the Arbitrator shall be final, binding on all parties, but subject to review in accordance with applicable statutes, rules and regulations governing arbitration awards. Judgment on the award made by the Arbitrator may be entered into any court having jurisdiction over the parties. If either party fails to comply with the Arbitrator’s award, the injured party may petition the Circuit Court for enforcement. The parties further agree that either party may bring claims against the other only in his, her, or its individual capacity and not as a Plaintiff or class member in any purported class action or representative proceeding. Further, the parties agree that the Arbitrator may not consolidate proceedings of more than one person’s claims and may not otherwise preside over any form of representative or class proceeding. The parties shall share the cost of Arbitration, (not attorneys’ fees) equally.
If a party fails to proceed with Arbitration, unsuccessfully challenges the Arbitrator’s award, or fails to comply with the Arbitrator’s award, the other party shall be entitled to costs of suit, including reasonable attorneys’ fees for having to compel Arbitration or defend or enforce the award. If MVB Appliance LLC is deemed the prevailing party in a dispute, it shall be entitled to attorneys’ fees and costs. This section and the arbitration requirement shall survive termination of the underlying agreement.
Sales & Returns Policy
All Sales Final: All sales are final and non‑refundable.
Exchanges: Exchanges after appliances are installed can be made within 14 days from the date of pickup or delivery, subject to a 15% restocking fee. Delivery and installation fees are non-refundable. All special order appliances cannot be exchanged or refunded. If the appliance is picked up/delivered and an exchange or refund is desired for a non special order appliance, it must be returned in its original un-opened packaging. No exchanges are permitted if the product has been registered with the manufacturer. For pickups requiring an exchange by MVB Appliance, additional delivery and installation fees will apply.
Accessories: Appliances do not come with accessories. Accessories must be purchased separately.
Chargebacks and Returned Checks: Customers agree to cover all costs associated with collections, including attorney fees, for any returned checks or chargebacks whether or not a lawsuit is filed.
Warranty Information
Refurbished Appliances: Includes a 90‑day warranty.
Brand New Appliances: Includes a 1-year manufacturer's warranty. Warranty claims for new appliances must adhere to the manufacturer's warranty procedures. Any issues with damaged products should be addressed with our front staff, not the delivery team.
Delivery & Installation Guidelines
Free Delivery: Available within a 10-mile radius from the store and limited to drop-off outside the residence or garage. Distances beyond 10 miles incur additional delivery charges.
In-House Installation: Includes bringing the appliance into the residence, unpacking, trash removal, installation, old appliance removal (must be bug free), and a basic product demonstration. It excludes any modifications to plumbing, electrical, cabinets, or hookups to copper lines. It is the customers responsibility to hire the correct contractor for any home modifications. Customers must ensure the area is prepared for installation, including having a clear path from the roadway to the appliance location, confining pets, and ensuring a functioning shut-off valve within 6 feet of the appliance. An additional fee is required for installations involving movement from the first to the second floor. MVB Appliance cannot remove appliances infested with bugs or containing rotten food.
Disclaimer
Customers must be present while appliances are operating. Unattended appliances can cause damage. Customer will not hold MVB Appliance LLC liable including but not limited to food spoilage, fires, or water damage due to unattended appliances.
